It is very important to use air conditioner filters at home, especially in spring.
Indoor pollution, as it has started to be called, is a big allergy causer. Many people make their homes air tight in the winter, and for good reason, to keep warm. Making your house airtight though has a down side. There is no fresh air circulating through your home, and the air is often polluted with dust, smoke and other containments. In the spring we often start opening windows and doors to let the air in and circulate in our "stale" homes. Now we are adding even more allergens into an already full house. Check your filters. Change them often. It is recommended that you change your furnace or air conditioning intake filter at least once a month. These filters filter out more of the allergy causing pollutants in the air of our home.
