All real estate should be looked upon as an investment, even your family home. Because although you will probably never entertain the thought of selling the family home, personal circumstances change and at the end of the day, we all generally have our price.

I completely agree that real estate must be considered as a good investment. Many people buy property for investment purpose which they give out for rent or can sell it when they are having urgent need of money.

I agree with you. Not only this should be cared in the case of property but, it should also be followed in the case of virtual office too. These property are also very important for commercial use.
